In the heart of the Maremma we propose a house as soon as it finishes of 340 s.m. total, built with great care of the particular ones and with the style of the hamlets built by the stile of Maremma in the years '50. The zone, of great landscape merit, it has recently been submitted to tie of no building.

There are two “annexs”, main is in communication with the ground floor of the house and it contains a bath, a study, a transformable garage in a great saloon and a “flat” composed from kitchen with laces predisposed, bedroom and bath.
The small “annex”l is independent and it is composed from stay with angle cooking, bedroom and bath.

The ownership includes a ground of around 8 total hectares, four hectares are from an uliveto with plant of irrigation to drop, one hectar to seed land, 5.000 s.m. are reserved to the pertinences of the house, the rest it is wood of oak.
There is also an artificial lake to irrigated use of around 4000 s.m., with plant of distribution for the water.
